Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for the activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for a single household — please don't share logins publicly or resell access.
Free trial and membership
The free trial lasts 7 days and requires a saved card. Nothing is charged during the trial and there is no automatic renewal. Lifetime membership is a single one-time payment that gives you continued access to the app's features as they exist and evolve over time.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll work it out; refunded memberships lose access to member-only features.
Your content
Recipes, notes and photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and display them inside your account so the app can work. Please only upload content you have the right to use, and credit original sources when you import a recipe from elsewhere.
Our content
Recipes, text and design provided by Gathered Home & Kin — including the shared recipe bank — are for your personal household use. Please don't republish or redistribute them.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break, scrape or overload the app, access other people's data, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Food safety disclaimer
Recipes and plans are provided for general household use. You are responsible for safe food handling, cooking temperatures, and for checking ingredients against your household's allergies and dietary needs.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app running smoothly but can't promise uninterrupted service. To the extent allowed by law, the app is provided "as is" and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes and contact
